Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Operations & Admin Executive to manage office administration,
employee records, and recruitment activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and
must have hands-on experience in the areas mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall office administration including facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics.
  • Oversee employee documentation including attendance and leave tracking.

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements for efficiency.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and support onboarding formalities.

  • Coordinate with clients for requirements, updates, and smooth communication flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, and Recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP/ATS knowledge is an advantage.
