Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Operations & Admin Executive to manage office administration,
employee records, and recruitment activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and
must have hands-on experience in the areas mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration including facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics.
Oversee employee documentation including attendance and leave tracking.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and support onboarding formalities.
Coordinate with clients for requirements, updates, and smooth communication flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, and Recruitment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP/ATS knowledge is an advantage.
