Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive & Operations to manage office operations, including employee records,
recruitment activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and
must have hands-on experience in the following areas:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations including PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.

Ensure timely processing of payroll Input and employee benefits.

Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and related documentation.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, coordination, and onboarding.

Assist in administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee files.

Support operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Coordinate with clients for requirements, updates, and smooth communication flow.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, administration, and general office operations.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP/ATS knowledge is an advantage.
