Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities for our SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the SaaS industry, B2B sales, and enterprise client engagement. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the SaaS / B2B space.

Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and
deal closure. -
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with the marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales
strategies. -
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development in the SaaS / B2B industry.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS products, subscription models, and the software industry ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
