Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage accounting services
for our clients. As an outsourcing firm, we provide comprehensive financial and accounting
solutions to multiple businesses for India & Overseas clients. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards,
managing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities, and streamlining accounting operations for
our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and expertise in managing
outsourced accounting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end accounting operations for multiple clients, including bookkeeping,
accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. -
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for clients, including preparation of
balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports. -
Oversee tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on behalf of
clients. -
Assist clients in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management strategies.

Conduct periodic audits to verify financial integrity and compliance with tax laws and
company policies. -
Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory bodies, auditors, and tax consultants.

Implement best accounting practices and process improvements to enhance service
efficiency. -
Manage and support clients with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including
data preparation, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction structuring. -
Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and provide data driven insights to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Effective communication and client management skills
- CA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 Years of experience in outsourced accounting or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting, and M&A
processes. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
