Ravi Gahlot is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He has over 25 (Twenty-five) years of experience in payroll management, HR outsourcing, accounting, compliance, and business solutions. He founded our Company and has played a key role in transforming it into a multi-vertical outsourcing and technology solutions provider offering services across payroll, HR, accounting, taxation, labour law advisory, and IT solutions.

Sulekha Gahlot is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. She is an associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects. She is also a registered member of the Council of Architecture. She has over 17 (seventeen) years of experience spanning architecture, design, and business operations.

Ramakrishnan Chandrasekaran is the Whole time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 1, 2025. He has over 40 (forty) years of experience in accounting, costing, finance and operations.

Brahm Dutt Verma is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since October 1, 2025. He has over 41 (forty-one) years of experience in legal, taxation, insolvency and investigation fields.

Nitin Kumar is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since October 1, 2025. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 20 (twenty) years of experience in risk management & internal controls, audit, taxation and finance.

Shweta Bansal is the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. She is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 7 (seven) years of experience in secretarial, compliances, corporate affairs and governance.
