Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) who can lead secretarial and compliance functions, with strong exposure to listing regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth pre-listing preparations and ongoing post-listing compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all statutory and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and related laws.

Manage end-to-end listing compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and MCA.

Ensure timely filings of forms, returns, and disclosures for listing and post-listing requirements.

Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators during the listing process.

Draft and maintain Board/Committee/AGM notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

Prepare and review corporate governance reports, shareholding patterns, annual reports, and disclosures.

Advise the management and Board on compliance risks, governance best practices, and regulatory changes.

Maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 2 years of listed company compliance experience (mandatory).
- Good understanding of IPO process, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and listing requirements.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance.
